received an email sent from one of our cooperated client, the email mentioned that he was working with another factory for his sleeping bag order. But he found the serious quality defect before the shipping time so he asked if we can hep to solve this problem.

We sent the original sample to the factory "X" that we have steady cooperation. Because the special design of sleeping bag, the magnet, one of the sleeping bag accessories, always be attracted to the machine which makes it difficult to sew.So the factory was reluctant to help making sample. But...they finally agreed!

Order confirmed. 100 pieces sleeping bag values $8530. However our factory "X" refuse to make mas s production because the magnet is so strong that could hurt the workers. After efficient communication, factory "X" recommended factory "W" to us.

We placed the order to factory "W" after confirmed with client.
October 15, 2017
It's a little difficult to cooperate with a "brand- new" factory that we had never worked before. Every procedure had been delayed,so we adjusted the schedule and speeded up accordingly for catching up the de livery time.

Pre-production sample was completed with 2 days delay.

Proceeded to mass production after got confirmation from clilent

We assigned two colleagues as QC from our QC department to factory "W" to control the manufacture process and quality. The delivery time had been delayed for 15 days. No doubt, we passed the Third Party Inspection that designated by client. To avoid the "out of stock" at client side , we made a proposal that shipping 30 pieces by FedEx firstly.We bear the shipping cost.

For the fedEx didn't tell us all the required documents . We came to office to complete the required documents on weekend and then send out the goods IN TIME.

I received an email sent from the client about new order plan.
Its the first time to handle so difficult order.
Thanks for the trust of out client and also the perfect teamwork from the Eaglesight Team.
The lesson,I got from this order is that HONESTY is always the essential and key character to be a better man or better business man.
Only know what client need and put their demand in the first place, can we provide better service!
